AIM3 Training
Recently, our new clinicians who work with our youth/adolescents completed a two-day intensive AIM3 training.
AIM3 is the assessment tool we use with adolescents who demonstrate harmful sexual behaviours. It provides our clinicians with the skills to effectively analyse a young person’s sexual behaviour to then develop an individualised support plan which helps them to discover new ways of thinking, change behaviours, and move towards a more positive future!
Safe Network works with over 250 young people every year. We work closely with the young person and their family/whanau to live safe, healthy and balanced lives. Youth who complete counselling at Safe Network will end our programme with:
the ability to have safe intimate relationships with others
fewer or no more incidents of concerning or harmful sexual behaviour
acceptance as a safe, responsible member of their family, whanau and community!
